I am not a pizza or pasta fan and reluctantly accompanied a friend to Piza e Vino. The menu invited me to eat the seafood pasta with cream. I was converted and will any time drive all the way for this pasta dish. Leon our waiter was professional and friendly with a lovely sense of humour. We sat outside and could chat away without disturbing fellow diners. Wine is however on the expensive side.

The decor was really interesting and I enjoyed the open space of the restaurant. Tables were not too close together, and the music was not too loud. The pizza toppings were fresh and generous, but the base could have cooked a bit longer. I love the half/half pizza option, which makes it easier to share a pizza of your choosing and prevents the wastage of food.

The service was relaxed, but nothing abnormal for chilled Stellenbosch :-)

This is a relatively new location of this Gauteng franchise. The restaurant is located on the outside of a shopping centre with lots of glass with an open feel. It offers the standard Pize menu, but the chef there makes absolutely the most stunning calzone in with whatever fillings you want. Truly delicious.

An after voting lunch, it was fine but lacked a bit of charm and a spark.

Good flavor, service was a bit on the slow side. A lack of management visibility in the restaurant. This is good quick meal stop off but not really a romantic setting.

Atmosphere, staff and pizza were really good but there are few things they can do to make it even better. I get that they are fairly new but no high chairs for kiddeos! The wine (considering we're in the Cape Winelands), cocktails and drinks in general are really expensive. I also found the added fee of R29 for a few pieces of avo on a medium pizza to be a it over the top. So yeah, pro's and cons but hopefully they'll get the hang of it soon. Has the potential of being a really cool place to chill out with friends.
