The restaurant is beautiful and they had good options for vegetarians. But it wasn't a wow experience.

This is probably the best sushi place we ate while in Argentina.
Friendly to Celiac (gluten free), tasty sushi and excellent service.
Recommend highly

The meal was okay, service was fast as the food arrived within 30 minutes of ordering. The pad thai was made with rounded white rice noodles as opposed to the traditional type; it tasted completely wrong. It was a shame that nearly everything we asked for was unavailable. We were told that there were no shrimp or dessert that day! Overall, the highlight was the reasonable priced food and the fast service.

I'm from Los Angeles and I've visited Japan several times, so we know Sushi very well. Well....huummmm, what can I say???? Sushi Pop is a beautiful restaurant. Great music, open late for dinner (we were here at 11 pm and it was packed)! Great wine list with reasonable prices for full bottles. OK, now for the sushi. It consists of ONLY salmon, (cooked and raw), cooked shrimp and cooked lobster. Very little wasabi and no ginger whatsoever in sight! If you are seeking a full Sushi experience, i.e. Hamachi, Masago, Toro, Uni, Unagi, Ame Ebi, Ankimo, etc., don't come here. There's a bar but not a sushi bar. HOWEVER, what they do have is good. Chicken Curry was also good!

A great place to have a different kind of sushi and some other fish dishes. You can order a la carte or they have combos. They also to takeout. They also have a great drinks list. Staff is friendly. There are two locations I know: this one and another one in Las Canitas. The Las Canitas location has a nice outside sitting area.
