Description: In 1997 Morelia born as a new dining experience, one of the most delicious pizza recipes that could prove far, merging two Argentine rooted traditions, such as pizza and grill with characteristic rectangular shape and crispy mass end what began as an innovative approach with the passage of time and public acceptance Buenos Aires became a classic. We pioneered settle in two of the most important gastronomic centers of Buenos Aires, as we are The straws and Palermo Hollywood and in the spring of 2009, we opened our store in north, La Lucila, on traditional Av Del Libertador. The architectural concept is similar Culinary Morelia; the origins of old houses are respected and the environmental with a warm and innovative spirit at a time ... Always betting on the quality of our products, we use the best natural ingredients to achieve a balance in which concepts such as healthy, appetizing and delicious, are not mutually exclusive. Morelia offers a menu for all tastes; from classic pizzas, pies, cupcakes and calzones, renovated to a variety of homemade pastas and salads. Among the chef's suggestions, you can taste interesting international dishes, complementing our traditional menu, which is constantly renewed. Finally, we can not forget our delicious desserts like blackberry pie, the marquisse chocolate passion fruit, apple and delight the chocolate lava cake, to name a few.

Food was good, service was terrible. When we arrived we were not greeted but waved to take any table we wanted. The restaurant was not busy. We sat there for 10 minutes without menus or any attention at all. Finally I motioned for a server to come over. They then brought us menus but then 10 minutes later had to motion a server over so they could get us drinks. When the bill came it had a cover charge added for the two of us !! ?? There was no band, no music, no entertainment, no nothing except bad service. Too many other restaurants in the area to even consider going back to pay a forced cover charge.

average basic pizza , for the unimaginative diner. good for baires , but leaves the tourist craving the first world delights.. Service attentive and fast . Family friendly and affordable . The thing is porteños just have a very basic
understanding of what pizza is. To show them otherwise would be cruel.

Enjoy a thin-as-a-cracker pizza with unusual toppings in a high-ceilinged, attractive setting. In typical Buenos Aires fashion, the cheese is thick. Atypically, the crust is thin and crisp. Our table enjoyed a pizza that included caramelized tomatoes, which were tasty and reminiscent of sun-dried tomatoes. There were many choices, all of them good, at least at our table.

This place is excellent for vegetarians.

Morelia is a neighborhood-y Italian restaurant, casual but a little on the upscale side, but not too stuffy. Pizza is made either in the oven or on the parrilla (grill) – your choice. I definitely recommend trying this delicious twist on thin crust pizza. Our service was a bit spotty compared to other places in Palermo.
