Beautiful reception area and outside facade. Friendly staff, but very little English spoken. Lovely rooms with modern bathrooms. Centrally located near bus station. Breakfast is limited mostly to pastries, with scrambled egg and bacon

Stayed: November 2016, travelled as a couple

First on Mendoza. is a nice, little town.
Lots of trees and small gardens but nothing to do except visiting the wineyards. What we obviously did

The hotel is very close to the center. the rooms are nice, breakfast more then acceptable but the front desk is not very customer friendly and very slow.

I have to start with saying that the staff is great, service was excellent.
what was disspointing was the quakity of the rooms.
first we recieved room who it's wall was attached to the elevetor so everytime the elevator was working it was like it works inside the room.
we asked to switch rooms and of course the staff moved us to a nother room.
that room had no stream in the shower,no water stream in the toilet and the bidue was not functioning what so ever.
the bed made noises all the time.
this hotel is not worth what he charges,it's not a 4 stars legit hotel.

Well, Mendoza is easy to fall in love with, but Huantala added a special icing on the cake. I found it months ago on-line and finally convinced my sister to go there with me. (I indicated "friends" rather than "family" because neither of us were traveling with kids.). It's a small but very classy hotel. Intimate and beautiful and atmospheric. The housekeeping staff were around very often but I didn't need lots of service. The front desk was also lovely and helpful. The only reasons I didn't give it a full five star review are that I would have liked a small outside place to sit at a table and be able to enjoy some coffee or something else. The small bar was often not staffed. Also, the included breakfast was very nice and varied but I would have liked some hot bacon or meats (meats were provided but they were lukewarm or room-temp, as were the scrambled eggs). But I am a Polish-American and know that most of the world is not like me about breakfast meats. All in all, I loved Huantala and hope to return to it if/when I get back to Mendoza!

location is excellent to explore Mendoza, would recommend the hotel adds a little variation in the breakfast menu (same menu 4 days straight, maybe one day fried eggs, boiled eggs a bit more fruit...), heating/AC is a little loud and rooms need some fresh air

Room Tip: ask for a suite, please note its two single beds that are put together
