Let me just say the girl who checked us in was 5 stars which made it an optimistic start.. next day however after hearing dogs bark all night and moaning in the halls out of no where someone bangs on the door and demands we let him in to take pictures for a survey um NO! Let me also say I was alone in my pjs trying to enjoy some coffee. Never have I ever heard of a hotel FORCING me to allow a stranger in during my stay! Needless to say this was very disturbing. Got a call and let them know I WAS NOT comfortable with this. Next morning while we’re still in bed again THE BANGING on the door and demanding to come in we were 2 hours from check out couldn’t they just have waited?! Apparently NOT! They called and said he would be back a third time and we had to let him in so as I’m getting ready and packing to leave we had to let a man in to take pictures! Felt like a huge invasion of privacy and very uncomfortable and needless to say unprofessional!!
