We stayed at the Phoenician over a 3 day weekend towards the end of October, and were looking for a relaxing time to unwind. This is exactly what we found. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the pool(s) are second to none. We only discovered the enormous hot tub on the last day because it is separate from the pool, but wish we had sooner- be sure to find it!
There is an outdoor deck area off the lobby that has plenty of seating and firepits where you can have a drink (loved the bellinis), eat, and watch the sunset. We had a suite which was huge and beautifully decorated. I recommend the onsite restaurant Il Terrazzo. We went there for my husband's birthday and the food was excellent. We also tried Relish, which is in the golf club house and overlooks the golf course- very good too.
I also tried out the spa facilities which are well worth the price. Overall, a top notch resort with stunning views/amenities and well above average service.More
