After a morning of hiking, we were on the lookout for a good place for a late lunch. We were very lucky to happen upon the Red Rock BBQ. My husband's attention was immediately captured by the beer list and I just had to try a prickly pear margarita. Yum! The pulled pork sandwich was generous and delicious. My husband chose to have the fried green chilies for a side, at an extra charge. They were well worth it. Excellent. The pepper jack beef sandwich was too big to finish, but oh, so good! The service was perfect, attentive, but not rushed. We'll be back!
