towels so big and thick you can't dry between your toes ! right sized breakfast and great coffee. Our room could use some attention in the bathroom. part of the handle on the hot side of the sink was missing. room on the small side but we didn't spent a lot of time in it.

We arrived in Sedona ~7pm, after a long road trip from California to be met by an envelope stuck on the wall near the front door of the property containing a photocopied 1-page note that advised what the enclosed keys were for, where our room was located, the time of breakfast and the Wi-Fi password (no welcome or personalisation). When we finally worked out which key opened the front door, we went inside and a voice from the host seated in an office on the side said 'you finally made it'. She did not move from her chair, provided no introduction, nor any orientation to the property, just a finger pointing down the stairs to where our room was.

On arriving in our room, it was a hark back to the 80's. Apricot walls and bathroom, tile floor, heavy large furniture, dark coloured bedding, and dim lights that made the room feel very small. The TV was a small screen hidden in the wardrobe at the end of the bed, barely visible across the room. The room was also not cleaned well - the dark bedspread contained a multitude of hairs (not mine), and there were also cobwebs around the room.

We went up for breakfast the following morning at what we thought was 8:30am (breakfast was strictly between 8:00-9:00am), and found the breakfast room empty. On walking around to the office area, found the host seated in there, who stated 'We missed you at breakfast!'. We had made a mistake and not changed our watches from Pacific time. There was no offer of a tea or coffee/food, just the single comment and she went back to her work.

We booked a B&B in Sedona for the warm and friendly service and atmosphere they generally bring but there was none of that at this property. Yes, the views were lovely but they are beautiful from almost any place you stay in Sedona.

The host of this property needs to quickly develop some hosting skills, and ability to engage appropriately with guests, or find herself another vocation in life. This is a property I will definitely NOT be returning to, and would recommend others do their research prior to booking.

A very nice B&B, close to the center of Sedona. Nice rooms, great bed and breakfast outside on the patio is a must in the morning! Very good breakfast which differs per day. With a short walk you're in Sedona's shopping and restaurant area, so very wel located. Good price/value!

Stayed for a few nights, nobody at the hotel when we arrived, just a note on the door with keys in an envelope! And we literally didn't seen anybody until we left!
Room wasn't made up for the entire stay, no fresh towels or cleaned and when we arrived there was no hot water and my husband realised it had been turned off at the mains under the sink so had to get under there to try and get it on!
Wifi worked sporadically, so pretty much gave up on it.
As there appeared to literally be nobody around or any contact information we couldn't contact anyone to help with our issues.
When we left we finally found someone who told me they didn't clean rooms if they thought someone was in, because our car was parked outside (we had been picked up to go on some tours)!Strangest thing I've ever heard?! Overall the inn was ok to sleep on for a couple of nights but I felt we paid a bit over the top for the service we received.

Well The Hubs and I go to Spring Baseball in Surprise, AZ almost yearly. Yea Us!
In that Baseball Fever, we go to one of my favorite places on earth, Sedona.
While the setting is amazing, this little place wasn't. The room was just OK. There is a teeny tiny wading pool that's big enough for 4 and a hot tub under the stars that was nice. I'm a stickler on cleanliness and personal hygiene.... The woman preparing the free breakfast was, well she was dirty from top to bottom. She wore the same clothes for 3 days in a row and her hair was just horrible. That being said, I couldn't eat there.
I was grossed out!
You know, a B & B is supposed to be at a certain standard and Apple Orchard Inn wasn't. Hate to give a bad review to anybody!
