We spent a few nights in Dominical, driving up the coast from Golfito area, to San jose. Within a few minutes Eric ( the owner) and the rest of the staff became instant friends, giving us great advice through their city. Every morning we were greeted on a first name basis, and even in town when we saw the staff around the bars. The coffee is incredible, a blend made by the cafe. The view is second to none, and the breakfast burrito is probably the best I have ever had. We were there so long ago, and it we still talk about mono Congo almost every morning.

Thanks so much Parker & Jordyn! Glad we made an impression. Think that is part of being such a small town where we really get to know people who spend a little time here. Think we'll see you guys back again soon?

This place was so cool and had such amazing food. The coffee was excellent and the fresh press juice was like nothing I ever had. The salad, pasta salad and panini type sandwich on ciabiatta bread, I wish I would have ordered more of each. I even had very good vegan cheesecake. If you like fresh food and great vibes try this place.

I am not a vegetarian, and I was really hungry for lunch when I got here, and was pleased at the variety of the menu. That said, in my hunger I was hoping for more options on warm sandwiches. A friend and I chose the same dish (avocado bagel with goat's cheese), which came quite quickly but somewhat looked a bit disappointing. We were expecting a pile of avocado, and a generous helping of goat's cheese - toasted on top. What we got was spread avocado, and tid bits of goats cheese. The bagel was very good though!

I think their strengths lie in smoothies, good coffee, kambucha, salads, and treats. I heard the breakfasts are great...shame I didn't get to try them. The staff were amazingly friendly and quick, it had a great vibe to it. The wifi did not really work, but maybe that was a good thing! The overall ambience of the place is reminiscent of the easygoing beach life that resonates in Dominical.

We heard such great things about this restaurant and the huge beer selection. We love craft beer, but both times we stopped by in our 8 days there, they were out of about 80% of the bottled beer they were advertising. It was very frustrating to pick a drink, get told they were out, and then go down the list 7-8 times before you found a beer they actually had. From what I hear though, the food is really good and has great vegan options :)

Thanks for trying us out Katheryn. We have to agree that is frustrating. It sure is for us!! There is variability in Costa Rica at times with some of our smaller distributors and even the larger ones.

We appreciate the kind words and the good attitude. Hope to see you again soon. If you do stop in, can you let us know who you are so we can shout you a beer (of whatever we have of course, haha)? :)
