I'm unsure about this hotel ... and we haven't even stayed in it yet! After them taking the payment already which was fine, they've also stated it was booked as a book now pay later so we'll be charged at check in, yet they've already taken the payment.. currently in disputes about this issue.

I travel for work and usually stay at another brand hotel. They were quite pricey in Williams and I found Comfort Inn had a good price for the wknd and booked it. I as pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. It appeared that the rooms had been upgraded in the past few years. The bed was comfortable... pillows...eh.. The bathroom was small. Not really a complaint, just an observation compared to many other hotels. But otherwise clean. They do offer amenities. The frig has a freezer, and they offered a microwave and coffee maker. The flat screen TV appear a little less sharp in picture than some other hotels have to offer. But there seemed to be plenty of channels to choose from. All the rooms are accessed from inside the building, which adds to it's safety. One complaint is that the elevator is on the other side of the bldg. My room was close to the front. there were convenient stairs nearby, but for the move in, I had quite a few heavy items to tote upstairs. I thought the hotel seemed quiet at night and I did not hear any traffic noise from the outside. As far as where it is located, once you pull into Williams and head towards the downtown (historic area), you come upon a one way street to the right. Take that and follow it to the end of the downtown. You will see a Safeway (located on the street going in the opposite direction) and you will see the Comfort Inn not far past that on the left. You may think you are too far out of the town, but once you start walking from the hotel, you are in the historic area in minutes. I had planned to eat at a restaurant almost on the other side of the historic area, and it mapped out to 0.5 miles to walk. So the actual historic part of town may be 0.2 miles from the hotel. So it is a great location to enjoy Williams and not have to worry about finding parking. If you are planning to take the Grand Canyon train, again, you are just a short walk from the hotel. This is a decent Comfort Inn. I would stay here again if coming to the area.

Stayed 2 nights here in order to visit the Grand Canyon. Quiet establishment, polite staff and enjoyed a hearty breakfast included in the tariff, before setting off on our adventures. Comfortable bed and room no problems here. Safeway is short walk and a variety of restaurants down town to choose from. Also small shops for souvenirs etc all handy

I stayed in a two- queen room, the room was immaculate and well stocked with coffee maker, refrigerator and a microwave! It was very very clean and newly furnished. The breakfast was plenty, with cereal, oats (two flavors), toast, waffles, eggs, flavored yogurt, and the staple coffee and hot chocolate. The food was hot, ample and deliciously made. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Will stay here again!

What a gem! The evening and morning staff were very friendly.

The rooms was quite large, beds and pillows were awesome! The halls and hotel were very quiet, we didn’t hear anything during the night. Sleep like a baby.

Good breakfast, sausage, eggs, etc.
