We chose Knights inn because it was close the the Grand Canyon. The room was clean and decent big sized room. Breakfast is nice and staff is friendly Plus it walking distance Route 66 and downtown Williams.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants & shops in town. My sister, my son, & i spent the night before we rode the train to the Grand Canyon. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, & the breakfast was delicious!

Old, outdated, dirty..... No one is ever at the front desk. They said they had trailer parking, only had one spot. Breakfast was pathetic and no in-room coffee. The room floors made my toddlers feet black, the towels were stained and the whole place was barely clean. Our blanket had cuts in it. I could probably keep going but you get the point. Way overpriced for how awful this place is.

My parents came to visit over easter weekend and chose to stay in a hotel so that my dad could nap in the afternoon and sleep in a little in the am as it wod be impossible at my house. They paid around 400 for 2 nights and the first morning there were woken up at 5 am by what sounded like a jack hammer. When we got there later that morning it was still going on I asked my parents what the noise was and they said they were told that the room next to them was was under construction (which they were not told till after the loud noises woke them up. And I know because my sister and I got them checked in ) went down to complain to the manager about how rude it is to have not told them about the construction and he was very rude and told me "maybe your parents should stay somewhere else next time". Wanted to move hotels bit they refused a refund so they were stuck there all weekend. The construction lasted all weekend from early in the morning to late at night my parents got practically no rest while there. On the day of check out I was at work my parents asked the manager to call a cab h3 said he did and it would be there soon 5 hr later it still wasn't there so as soon as I got off work I went to get my parents and I called and yelled at cab company to be. Told the manager of the of the hotel lied he never called and so my parents sat there expecting a cab to come for over 5 hr. I do not r3ccomend this place they are horrible to people and still have the nerve to charge 400 for 2 nights and refuse a refund when they tell someone they can stay somewhere else

Got a good rate for overnight online. It was a clean, smoke free room with very high but comfortable beds. Breakfast was yoghurt, fresh muffin, toast, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water. Also ice machine. Good for water bottles to trek Grand Canyon. Basic and bit tired looking but clean. No smells.
