We booked online and in the picture all was different. When we arrive no one was there 5pm. They told us they will not provide the breakfast us they advertise in the web site.
It’s a pice of American history never renew.
Tv not working at all, bathroom broken, not so clean.

Stayed: November 2017, travelled with family

This motel is very marginal when looking for comfort. Bed too soft, bed cover stained and very worn, bathroom so small can hardly get by toilet to get in, and no place to put any toiletries. No hairdryers in bathroom, smallest bottle of shampoo ever seen. And charged 20.00 more for second visit than first visit one week later (didn't catch at the time!). Have vowed to never stay at Motel6 again, but this motel no better!

The Grand Motel is the oldest motel in Williams Az. The owner, Rich, has done an excellent job refurbishing the rooms, yet still preserving how motels once were in 1936 on Route 66! Rich is such a friendly nice man and a wonderful host! The history of the town and surrounding areas as well as his tips, advice and information that he shared with us was invaluable! The rooms were immaculately clean! Beds were very comfortable! The location is great and a convenient walking distance to the restaurants, shops etc. in this historic town. A great place to "get your kicks on Route 66!"

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable. Host Rich was amazing! Good continental breakfast served in a lovely outdoor pavilion. Very inexpensive. Yes, it's old and the facilities are basic, with very tiny bathrooms and no easy chairs or sofa, but there's a microwave and fridge in the room and good TV, plenty of parking, centrally located within easy walk to everything. If you don't need luxury, this is a great place to stay.

It feels really great to spend the night on the oldest motel in Williams. Really cozy patio, nice rooms and at top of all, very nice hospitality! The host, Rich, will gladly tell you the towns story and answer you any questions.
