Grounds very well kept. Bath coded with key entry. Washers clean and good working order. At the hotel across the street is a great restaurant with buffet style service. Good places to eat in town. Cable hookups. Only bad thing it's next to a railroad track. But, we found this at most of our parks while we traveled cross country. Can ride the train to the Grand Canyon. We camped in a 2015 Tiffin Motorhome.

Closest RV park to the downtown Williams. Can use hotel amenities and a shuttle is provided for free to and from hotel and train depot. All paved sites, free clean and hot shower and laundromat (coin operated). If you are planning to ride a train to grand canyon, stay here. the only thing is the park requires you to have a sewer hose support. Staff is friendly and check in & out is super easy. There are active train tracks next to the park, but the noise did not bother us at all.

Room Tip: get a site close to shower.

This is great place and the views are nice too. The staff was both friendly and helpful; reasonable rates, well-maintained lots. They have a nice store on-site and offer kennel services. It's approx. 60 minutes from Grand Canyon National Park South Entrance. They also offer a day-trip train ride to the Grand Canyon.

My toddler loved the train car we slept in! I was meh but it really was cute & different! Anything to see my four year old light up with excitement!! It was not expensive & more budget friendly than the Grand Canyon hotel. We came here to do the train ride & loved the motel more!

We stayed here 4 nights & as full-time RV'ers we appreciated the following:
*friendly, efficient reservations & check-in
*nice, wide spaces
*clean bathrooms/laundry room
*lent us jack blocks
*community fire pit
*free shuttle to rail station, hotel facilities

It snowed a lot when we were there & they immediately put down gravel to prevent falls & plowed the roads. Our only minus was free wifi was clogged even with the park 1/2 full. Otherwise, very enjoyable visit, we will be back....enjoy!
