The room was fairly standard, it had a refrigerator and microwave. The bath was a nice size and the shower head was high enough to stand under. When you are tall this is a nice feature. It has easy freeway access but far enough away to be quiet. The city of Williams is very interesting. It is the last city on the old route 66 to be bypassed by the freeway and they really play it up. There are lots of nice shops which my wife loved. It is also on the interchange to go to the south rim of the grand canyon. This was a fun little town to explore.

I sit in the room now as i write this and i have no complaints! The rooms look newly renovated with what i consider to be a larger flat screen than most hotels. The rooms are clean and the service was great. The hotel is only a block away from route 66 with dozens of excellent looking restaurants (obviously i did not try them all in one night) safeway was a less than a mile away and there is tons of fun looking Grand Canyon activities through the town. Definitely recommend.

Room Tip: Go Check out Route 66!

My family and I recently stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon. Our room had been recently renovated and was very nice and large. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good with options of waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt and fresh fruit. Staff was very friendly. We were within walking distance of businesses and the hotel was well lit. Williams is a very friendly town and a fun place to visit.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property in Williams. Don't let the website photos fool you! The rooms have been nicely upgraded - good furniture and decor, lovely rainshower in the tub, upgraded flooring, and mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in the rooms. I didn't try the continental breakfast or the pool area so I can't speak to any of that, but I spent one night here after a trip to the Grand Canyon and I would totally go back. It's a short walk to the main street where there are an abundance of restaurants and shops.

Room Tip: There are only two floors. If you have mobility issues, consider requesting a first floor room, as I did not see an elevator.

You can't sleep as the A/C unit is too noisy. The room was smell when we opened the door. Finally I got sick after staying in the room for one night. Will not stay here again.
Also have ever seen such a mean long face at the front desk. The one star was given to the indoor spa and pool. Breakfast was terrible. Muffins were liked one week old.
