The hotel is undergoing a lobby makeover but that was not a problem and it looks like this sure will improve the appearance. The room itself was large and well equiped, Everything was in working order. Breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day and plenty of seating.
One thing that bodered me was the price of the room. We had a confirmed reservation made thru the Wyndham Rewards site for a fixed price. But the amount that was put on my creditcard was $ 3.50 higher per night. The lady at the desk was unable to explain what amount was for saying it was probably for "service charges". When I ask "What services" she did'nt know. And the manager was "not available".
So be aware qhen you chech in.

Room Tip: best rooms on second floor

This property is dated but in the process of being updated. Room was clean with average furnishings. Price was good. easy access to Interstate. I have stayed in much worse property at much higher price. Would recommend this property for budget minded guests

We stayed here while going to grand canyon and Sedona from Page. They have a nice indoor pool.

Room-We booked it through Hotels.com. Decent size room with two queen beds (good enough for 2-couples or 4 people). It included TV, micro oven, and refrigerator. Toiletry was decent but didn’t include conditioner.

Location- Good options for restaurants and food store nearby, especially for vegetarian people.

Breakfast- This hotel provides free breakfast, the good range of breakfast item with average taste.

Service- Kind and helpful staff.

Cost- Value for money.

The only nice thing I can say about this place was that the man at the front counter was nice.

Otherwise, it was a yucky old hotel. To be fair,it was quite clean but it was definitely run-down. Lobby smelled vaguely like smoke, as did room. Walls were gross burnt-orange color, with popcorn ceilings. Duct tape on faucet.

We were so icked out by the room that we slept in our clothes. We only stayed here because it was the only hotel in our price range that was available that night and we were exhausted (cross-country roadtrip).

Breakfast looked mediocre, so we skipped it (pretty much just waffles and cereal).
