We had an amazing time here. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to almost anything you need. Indoor pool, rooms are huge, really want to get a jacuzzi room next time :(. We will definitely be coming back even for a weekend getaway. Love this hotel and you have great people work I g for you! Free breakfast and all!

This place was nasty. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. The pool was nasty. The rooms were outdated and not clean. Water never was warm and water pressure was very low. Breakfast was also severely lacking. Juice machine was out of order. They were out of milk. Waffle dispenser also didn’t work. Clerk did at least open it up and pour some out do we could at least have waffles. Women’s restroom in lobby area was out of order. Just total all around BAD experience.

We stayed in the Bentonville Arkansas location last night. I was quoted $88 for the room which is the price listed on the website. Upon checkout today I saw we were charged $108 instead. The owner/manager refuses to make it right by us. The room was dingy, smelly and had wet carpet. We are extremely dissatisfied with our experience. Will not return.

Dear Robyn G, thank you for your reviews, Every guest at Days Inn needs to sign a registration card which includes day of arrival, departure day and the rate (unless this is from EXPEDIA or other travel agency). I found out the front desk showed you your signatures on the reg card while checking out. The rates you mentioned are the long stay rates offered by expedia if you stay the required number of days to avail that discount (that too if you book 20 days prior to your arrival and which is non-refundable). My apologies for your stay not as been good as we want our every guest to have it. Thank you for staying at Days Inn.

Not a great place to stay unless your just looking for a bed and a shower. They lost my reservation 3 times, turned my key off each of the 3 days I was there, the TV didnt work. There is a reason it was half the cost of other hotel chains

convenient,clean,roomy,and had no problem bringing our dog along. ice machine was broken, but they had igloo coolers of ice in the lobby and the new ice machine had just arrived, but was not yet installed. Certainly not the Ritz, but I wouldn't hesitate to return.
