Description: Sublime Point Restaurant & Function Centre is the crown jewel of the Illawarra escarpment, situated on New South Wales' South Coast. Nestled above the Sublime Point Lookout we offer stunning 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, but also the privacy that comes with being atop of the escarpment. Whilst you may come to Sublime Point for the views, we are certain that you will leave satisfied and return once more as you dine amongst gorgeous vintage decor, with striking modern, homemade meals and desserts. Sampling from our seasonal menus that our professional chefs work tirelessly to prepare will see your day trip made all worth the while. Weddings are the most popular events that we host here, however we frequently host Engagement Parties, Birthdays, High Teas, Picnics and everything in between.

This High Tea was VERY DISAPPOINTING! A plate of piled mini wraps followed by another plate of big chunks of cakes, a muffin cut into 4 and two large scones. Usually a high tea involves a tiered dish of mini treats, bite size sandwiches and sweets. The tea (with a tea bag in a metal pot) was served in an espresso coffee cup.
Overall, very disappointing. Would not book again :(

Great views normally mean less than good food and loaded prices. This wasn't the case at this cafe. Three of us had the Greek style Lamb cutlets which were outstanding especially at only $29. The prawn pasta dish was enjoyed by the fourth guest. Service was very friendly and efficient. Sarah was particularly lovely. All in all a great lunch touristic stop

The view from the window was lovely unfortunately the window sills had a lot of dead insects on it.Big teapot but teabags used.On plate bought out plop of runny cream, plop of jam.2 scones hard .sticky date pudding sliced, and a muffin cut into 4. choc cake slices all plopped on one plate $109 for 4 groupon it was half price if this is what you would get for full price not right. then paid $12 another pot of tea never again pick up your game. Was disappointed at the way it was presented disgraceful it wouldn't have taken much to put the cream and jam in separate pots.Afternoon tea is suppose to be special afternoon. It was a special afternoon mid week and this is why there was no confrontation at the time.We would have been better grabbing a takeaway coffee and a piece of cake and looking at the view outside. If this is a tourist café take a good look at your over all presentation attention to detail is a big deal, you just don't realise why people come here let down badly.Almost forgot because it was not memorable, the soggy roll up things with a tooth pick stuck in each one they were huge not finger food I was shocked they would serve this slop Isort of knew then it was not looking good, thankgoodness for good company

There was a prominent sign saying " disabled access" so that was a good start. No disabled parking but lots of spaces . The ramp up into the cafe was good. The a large room and entry that was easy to navigate.
The service was friendly and the food was good. I had the steak which was cooked to my liking and Ros had the chilli prawn spaghetti with sausage.
But you go to the place for the view out the window It was a cloudy day but every now and again, the sun shone through and it was delightful.
There was a roomy disabled toilet and paths down to the cliff edge for a panoramic view of the coast and Wollongong.
