Toasted bagel with cream cheese was great. The bagel was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside - like good Italian bread. Not doughy or heavy- more like a Bialy. Croissant was buttery on the inside- outside a bit firm- but still delicious. Coffee is very good if you like it strong. Lots of other drink options if you're not big on coffee. They have monster cream puffs and quiches too.

This place was very cool. The outdoor dining is done better than I've seen. Somebody did an excellent job designing this place. Rustic meets fairy. It's pulled off very well.

Open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., this spot could provide treats at almost any time, but the big star is breakfast. Terrific coffee matters to us first thing in the morning, and breakfast is a must. My best advice is for you to arrive when it opens, especially if you want to guarantee that you get one of the fabulous sticky buns. (Tip: one such bun could serve four....or only two.).
We enjoyed the quiches for breakfast, but there were many other choices. This place does a ton of business--take-out, dine-in, patio dining; brief respites are followed by patient lines of fans. We personally guided two other parties (also staying at the Chancellor Hotel) to this nearby spot.
Don't settle for second best! Visit The Little Bread Company!
(We would have purchased some bread, but there were two home-made loaves already waiting back in our fridge.)

We eat lunch here once a week and split the tuna melt because it's such a big portion. Hubby must have a couple of cream puffs to go.

Excellent food and great outdoor seating. Very eclectic!! Don't miss out.

We go here almost every day for coffee and more. We love the staff. They are delightful and helpful and friendly. You couldn't ask for people to be any nicer than the staff is here. Their coffee is wonderful and their pastries are wonderful. I feel so fortunate that we have them here to be a part of our lives every single day. They bless us with all that they do for us.
