Stayed here one night. Reception was freindly and welcoming, room was large and comfortable and it was a reasonable price. It’s a typical American new build hotel, formulaic and completely lacking character. It’s also in a bland area away from the town centre but all hotels I’ve seen round here have been the same. Gave it an excellent because was a good place to stay and staff were excellent and made an effort to make me feel wanted for the short period I was there.

Room Tip: High and away from freeway is best for noise, though it wasn’t intrusive

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our property. We really appreciate your kind words. Due to brand standards the Hilton brands do have a tendency to remain consistent across the country but where we try to set ourselves apart is in the customer service and making every guest feel welcome. It appears that we delivered on this goal. We look forward to seeing you again very soon.

I've been visiting Fayetteville for seven years now as my kids have attended the University of Arkansas. I use the same sets of hotels out of knowledge of the traffic patterns on game day and the consistency of service from their staff. I've stayed away from hotels on Wedington because the traffic congestion at I-49 and Wedington. I've sat for up to 15 minutes trying to get through that traffic. Twice on the weekend we stayed at this hotel, I sat for long periods of time trying to get to the hotel.

All that aside, I really liked this hotel. It's has great curb appeal. The indoor pool is front and center with large bay windows and a brick stamped patio. Inside, the lobby is gorgeous with high two-story ceilings, flowing shear drapes and lots of aquatic blue accents to make it feel flowing and airy. The buffet, bar and dining area are all one space, but it's nicely decorated and adds to the open atmosphere.

The elevators, hallways and rooms were crisp and clean. They present very well. We had a king room. The extra sitting room with flatscreen TV was really nice especially when one wanted to go to bed and the other stay up.

Service was wonderful, but a little inconsistent. Major kudo's to the buffet team each morning. Breakfast is not included in the cost of the room, so you sign for breakfast and have it added to your room bill if you use the service. The team working that area is polite, respectful, attentive and great to be around. The front desk is inconsistent. Over the three days we ran into super nice and helpful as well as blunt and wished they were elsewhere.

The Hilton Garden Inn product at this location is really well done. The pricing is consistent with other locations I've stayed over the years. I actually like that breakfast is an extra charge. My experience is breakfast included in the hotel charge is not as good as pay for it if used.

CraftBeers -
Thank you so much for the in depth assessment of our property. You really know your hotels! We are delighted that you enjoyed the hotel to such a high degree. We are also looking forward to the state highway department making the planned changes to the intersection near our hotel. That change will hopefully remedy some of the rush hour traffic we experience! Thank you again for taking the time to share such a wonderfully detailed review of our property and we look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

My king suite was very roomy clean although the couch was a little worn and the cushion sunk into the couch frame. It was the most uncomfortable couch , in such a beautiful room to sit and visit family

We are delighted that it seems that for the most part you enjoyed our hotel ! I will make sure that our maintenance staff knows there is an issue with the sofa in that room. In the future you may always feel free to contact the front desk to let them know of an issue and we will do our best to correct it immediately. We look forward to seeing you again very soon!

This brand new hotel is located right off the interstate. Good places to eat and shop nearby. Quick drive to Univ of AR campus too. Was here for a basketball weekend along with a trip up to Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Very reasonably priced.

Staff was SO friendly and pleasant throughout. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Recommend highly!

Room Tip: Ground floor room is convenient to everything, yet still quiet.

We always stay at this location when we come up for a volleyball tourney. It’s our go to. Nice restaurant, clean rooms and the staff at the front desk is top notch. Quick access to highway and convenient to restaurants.
