Just returned from a lovely stay at this appartment. The positives are the view which is amazing, the size of the balcony and the apartment itself. It has been tastefully refurbished with clean lines. The bathroom is probably the only thing which hasn't been modernised yet and the bedrooms have good but older furniture but still very nice and plenty of space. Air con and cieling fans are great. Through draft if you leave the windows open and the air con off is really nice. The kitchen has everything you need and all the utensils and crockery and pans.
The negatives are that there are no empty cupboards to put your food in. Only one bath and one hand towel per guest and no spare hand towels for the two toilet sinks. As its so close to the beach I was expecting at least a beach towel each too. Take your own soap also as there is non and just one toilet roll in each toilet. It's right at the edge of the road so the evenings are a little noisy on the balcony but when there's no traffic the sound of the sea is amazing. One major downside is though that it is right next to a re-cycling kerb side point and this is emptied many times including 5 am and the lorry crane thing is so noisy it woke me up lots of times. These below street recycling skips are used by all the restaurants so they're emptied very frequently. Wifi signal is not brilliant so lost wifi a good few times. Key to the main lobby by the lifts is so hard to use as its very stiff and quite scary at night when the office is closed and you think you can't get back in, but usually the side door is open anyway by the plant. If you pull the key out slightly and jiggle it you'll get there if you try and turn it both ways but if you're drunk God help you.
Having said that it was a lovely apartment and we had a really nice stay but its a long walk up to the busy areas so taxi for 6 euros is worth it.
