Finally managed to reserve a room at this small but excellent hotel. This is perfectly situated for the centre of Nerja with its bustling shops and bars, but far enough away for a quiet evening. The rooms in this boutique hotel are excellent especially the rooms with a sea view and the breakfast has a great selection of both hot and cold. For lunch and dinner there is the in-house restaurant which provides excellent tapas and has a first class menu. It is with reluctance that I recommend this hotel because it will only make it more difficult to make a reservation.

Fantastic hotel, views, and superb restaurant! Make sure you ask for a bedroom with views and breakfast by the terrace! We had a great time and enjoyed the restaurant recommendations and the walking streets. The hotel is fantastically located!

We have been coming to Nerja for many years and have been told just how good this restaurant is. We tried it for the first time last week and we were not disappointed. We booked a table on the terrace over looking the sea, the ambience was just beautiful. I ordered the lobster the day before. The choice of specials were very good too. The food was excellent. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. After we'd finished our meal we were taken to the lounge and given a complimentary drink. It's at the higher price end for Nerja but well worth it.

This was a birthday celebration dinner and we reserved a table in the lower garden terrace overlooking the sea. My wife wanted mussels but when booking the table we didn’t look if these were on the menu. However a call to the hotel on the day of our meal ensured mussels were available and these were prepared in accordance with our tastes – cream and white wine sauce with dill. They were fantastic – and the sauce provided the perfect dip for our crusty rolls.

Our mains of lamb and corvina, a local fish were so tasty – everything cooked to perfection. We also shared an ice cream for desert. Service was unobtrusive and very efficient.

Judging by the number of people dining and the popularity of the tables on the street terrace which seem to be be permanently reserved this is a very popular restaurant and hotel.

This was one of the best meals we have enjoyed and just cannot fault anything about the service. Even though our request for mussels was made on the day, the hotel came up trumps – next time I will give a bit more notice.

A truly quiet boutique hotel in a mass tourism town!
So personal, so unique, so good!
Worth every penny, in spite of the small pool and garden AND the lack of a elevator to the beach. A 200€ + stay per night requires a elevator to the beach!
Tapas a bit disappointing though bulgur salad is not a Tapas!
Dinner executive and excellent on the terrace! Very very well performed ! Both in service and from the kitchen!
