The lovely flat was ideal for our family-holiday with six persons. Much enough place for chilling, sleeping, eating and a great living room to meet each other. The spacious terrace gives a great view to the atlantic and was great for breakfast and in the evening hours for sundowners.
The sandy beach is only a stone throw away and you don't need a car to reach the historical village-center with various nice bars and restaurants. A supermarket is nearby and Wi-fi is always available.
Well done Ben, thank you for your hospitality. Your lovely flat in spanish-moroccan flair and your great self-made decoration with profi-fotos seems to be like a visit to friends and not a faceless holiday flat. We enjoyed it much.

We stayed with family in July, the apartment was spotless and well furnished. Absolutely beautiful accomodation.... Tarifa is is beautiful, unspoilt area of Spain, Ben the owner ensured we had all we needed, the terrance has sea views & is only a short walk to the beach... The food in the local area was really good. I would go back tomorrow...... Also use of a pool....Amazing place to visit
My husband and I spent 2 months (January and February) in this apartment and while it was a bit chilly, there is a fireplace and a butane heater for warmth. January was sunny most of the time but February had a few rainy periods. However, it was nice to curl up by the fire with a book on those damp days.
Facing west, the apartment overlooks the main kitesurfing beach (Los Lances). It offers a great view of the beach and has easy access to it. The apartment covers the full first floor of a low-rise building and is very quiet.
Located in the newer part of Tarifa, it is nevertheless close to the Old Town but still a 20-25 minute walk away, uphill. A car or bicycle would be a definite help but is not a necessity. If you have a car, there are plenty of parking spaces around. Many small foodstuff stores are nearby and a couple of large grocery stores (supermarkets) are a bit further away. There are also a couple of good restaurants within short walking distance.
Ben was a very responsive host. Any time we had a question, Ben responded promptly. Having lived in Tarifa for 25+ years, he knows the area well.
We found the apartment a convenient base for visiting the rest of Andalusia – Day trips to Vejer, Jeres and Cadiz. Overnight to Granada, Cordoba and Seville, or for short side visits to northern Morocco, Ceuta or Tangiers (the ferry departs from Tarifa).
