On arrival it was obvious the apartment was not luxury. It seems little or no maintenance is happening :
Bistro table & chairs outside are rusty and dirty.
Several kitchen cabinets needed attention one didn't have a handle so we couldn't open.
The ice machine didn't work ,had one of these fridges for years so new how it should work.
The bar stools ripped seat.
The livingroom cornice is damage looks like possible leak.
The down stairs toilet seat did not stay up therefore if you forgot it would drop when you got up which could cause further damage.
Through out the apartment broken tiles.

The apartment is in a good location and the bedding and towels were clean and plentiful.
Alistair not sure if you are aware the apartment is needing attention but as you are advertising as luxury the place needs upgraded.
