We passed the Priory on a stroll around Cardigan centre. The specials were excellent value at £5.50 each. My wife had the cawl and I chose the faggots. The portions were big, in fact they were larger than our appetites!

We had jacket potatoes for lunch and it came with plenty of salad and a very generous portion of filling. The coffee was lovely too. The prices were fantastic too. Highly recommend.

We all had a lovely meal at this warm friendly restaurant.
Food was lovely from the drunken chicken to salmon beef and ale pie and three steaks where cooked to perfection.
We has to finish with home made desserts o my word lemon meringue and the carrot cake was tasty and large portions my husband had toffee cheesecake that he enjoyed so much.
Great staff look after you from start to finish
Warm cozy and great atmosphere
Look forward to hearing here again

I'm sorry to have to write a bad reviews review however the service we received at this place was terrible having our drinks virtually thrown at us. We then had a 25 minute weight for a sandwich and a baguette which when it came was burnt and the side salad was a limp leaf of lettuce and 1 slice of cucumber. Also something appeared on the plate that was supposed to be coleslaw but actually was just chopped carrot and cabbage it certainly wasn't worth the money we paid and we will not be going back.

Had food here on Thursday it was excellent. Husband and Son had ham, egg and chips and I had Cajun chicken burger. Both very well presented, piping hot and so fresh. Would definitely visit again
