Good food and good service at this quirky cafe and store in the town centre. Good coffee and cake. Delicious macaroni cheese and lovely fresh salad and bread. If you like local and a bit different, then this cafe is for you. The decor is very individual and worth a visit.

We called in for coffee and loved the atmosphere of the cafe straightaway. We chose a window seat to watch the comings and goings in the high street. The coffee was very good and the service polite and friendly. At the back of the cafe is a women's clothes and shoe shop, with a few other household things thrown in. And upstairs is a beauty salon. This all adds to the buzz of the place. I would definitely recommend.

What a lovely quirky little coffee shop - great milkshake with a cinnamon swirl and their toasted tea cakes are humongous! Love the decor of the place and enjoyed browsing the shelves while waiting for our coffees. Would definitely recommend.

We just wanted a quick bit of lunch and the menu looked good. The first thing that struck me was the number of flies, this is one of my own phobias so it was a bad start but perhaps unfair to judge them by it, but I avoided the food that was open as a result. A chiller by the counter had some nice looking slices so we ordered them only to find they had no salad. OK no big problem, a vegetable slice with no salad is fine. We ordered drinks too and sat down. The drinks arrived quickly but we could see the slices had not moved. The customers next to us went up to remind the staff about their order and we did the same. A short time later we could see our slices were being prepared. They arrived and we were informed the plates were hot. This was true but the slices were still chilled in the middle. They were very tasty and as they were vegetable based we did not complain and happily ate them.

We popped in for a coffee and a cooling ice cream as this was the hottest day of the year so far! They had a lovely air conditioning unit on - bliss

Love is little cute cafe - the shop and cafe layout work well and the staff were great. Very welcoming and attentive

Coffee was delicious and I think I had the strawberry cheesecake icecream - which was so tasty X
