I've stayed at this hotel three times, and I can't rate it highly enough for a budget hotel in Moshi. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - all staff went above and beyond to help in every way they could (special shout-outs to Enock, Paul, Martin & Leonard), including organising taxis and assisting with general Tanzania questions. The single room itself is as you would expect for the price - quite small, but has everything you need, including hot water, towels, and linen. Recommend getting a room that is not facing the street (from previous experience these can be a bit noisy), but the rooms in the interior are great! The complimentary breakfast is good and varied. The hotel is perfectly situated on the main strip of Moshi, just ~300m from the main bus stand. There is also a guard at the entrance. I always felt as if I and my belongings were safe in this hotel, and always felt well looked after by the staff. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay!

Room Tip: Rooms that are not facing the street are quieter

The Hotel is one of the oldest in the town. Located in the heart of the city, it has a very nice view of Kilimanjaro Mountain and the Town of Moshi as well. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staffs are also friendly and welcoming

Room Tip: Choose the uppermost rooms. They have better views and are closer to the rooftop restaurant

Checked in late evening. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
Room is rather small...well, the room I was in...but for a single person it's fine. Hot water in plenty and wifi is good on the 1st floor at least.
The restaurant downstairs offers really good food. Pork chops is a must-try.

Room Tip: 1st floor if wifi is necessary for you...but upper floors if looking to view Mt. Kilimanjaro

I had a night at Kindoroko, the staff are very friendly and helpful. the room i got (single bed) was very small in a way that it was difficult to relax by or settle into the room. I guess it is perfect if you are not looking for luxury and would be great for stays of a night or 2. The meals are great and enjoyed it by the restaurant in the ground floor.

The great thing is that in the morning or late evening you can have a great view of the Kilimanjaro Mountain from the hotel corridors especially the top floors.

Room Tip: Choose the upper floor rooms for a quite night and also for a great view of the Kilimanjaro Mountain.

This place is excellent value for money, offering plenty of hot water, mosquito nets and fans and a breakfast where you can boil your own water for tea rather than relying on luke-warm water in a flask. Good wifi too. Pop next door to the Muslim- run Taj Mahal for incredibly good value food, but beware swallowing a whole chilli...I took a full day to recover!

Room Tip: Wifi free but only available in common area downstairs. Go for a room on higher floors...more atmospheric.
