We stayed there in January 2017 before our Kilimanjaro climb. The quality of rooms were below average. Bed sheets did not look very clean. But worse of all was there was no air conditioning in the room and with too many mosquitoes we could barely sleep in the night.
I do not recommend this room to other travelers.

Service was excellent. Food was very flavorful, and very delicious. The view of Mount Kilimanjaro was beautiful and the whole resort was also very beautiful.
All of the staff are fantastic. Benson was amazing with showing us the layout of the hotel and giving us great advice for finding souvenirs around Honolulu. Room is amazing and the bed is comfy. The dolphin lagoon is gorgeous as well!!
Helpful?

My brothers and I stayed here before our climb up Mt. Kilimanjaro and we had such a wonderful experience!! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the people who work there are so incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know you - shoutout to my man, Paul, at the front desk, whose kindness and warmth will not be forgotten! They went above and beyond with their service as well: an example of this is when they allowed us to safely store all of our extra baggage with them while we went on our climb, even though we weren't paying for those nights. They also allowed us to use their showers/rooms on the afternoon we returned from the climb, even though we wouldn't be buying a room for the night (since our flight left later that evening). I couldn't recommend this wonderful hotel more strongly. They are so great!! <3

Room Tip: 3rd floor has view of Mt. Kilimanjaro!

I've stayed at this hotel three times, and I can't rate it highly enough for a budget hotel in Moshi. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - all staff went above and beyond to help in every way they could (special shout-outs to Enock, Paul, Martin & Leonard), including organising taxis and assisting with general Tanzania questions. The single room itself is as you would expect for the price - quite small, but has everything you need, including hot water, towels, and linen. Recommend getting a room that is not facing the street (from previous experience these can be a bit noisy), but the rooms in the interior are great! The complimentary breakfast is good and varied. The hotel is perfectly situated on the main strip of Moshi, just ~300m from the main bus stand. There is also a guard at the entrance. I always felt as if I and my belongings were safe in this hotel, and always felt well looked after by the staff. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay!

Room Tip: Rooms that are not facing the street are quieter

The Hotel is one of the oldest in the town. Located in the heart of the city, it has a very nice view of Kilimanjaro Mountain and the Town of Moshi as well. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staffs are also friendly and welcoming

Room Tip: Choose the uppermost rooms. They have better views and are closer to the rooftop restaurant
