Myself, husband and daughter stay at the Coral Costa Caribe every year and have been doing for longer than I can remember! Whilst it's not the most luxurious or gastronomic what it is is friendly and for us almost a home from home. We ask for one of the sea facing rooms near the small pool and are always accommodated their. If there is anything missing you only have to ask and it will be provided with a smile. We are going again very soon and have asked for S117 as I believe it to have recently been redecorated. I have to say I can't wait to get back to the sun and the smiles!

Facility needs some improvement, but in general good service, food is good as well, staff always there to provide service required. some flies in the buffet area, specially during lunch hours. Room tv and air conditioning very good, excellent view to the sea.

This place is amazing and has a lot of entertainment. If you go with your kid they'll have a lot fun. My little brother loved it. We spent most our time playing basketball, football and we enjoyed a lot the pool games.

Except from the flat screen tv (which is not standing straight) probably nothing was updated in the rooms since the opening of the hotel. You can smell the toilet using the hair drier. AC when turned on makes as much noise as the steam locomotive.
The beach is dirty, they try to clean it but the plastics and seaweed from neighbour beaches (which are disgusting - garbage piles for kilometres) keep coming.
The locals on the beach, which is supposed to be private are constantly buzzing you with some souveniers and cigars and coconuts... And masage.. bassicaly everything, so you cant even read a book in peace
Food can get from almost good to disgusting from one day to another (you get uncooked potatoes, tasteless meat,.. you name it). The snack bar is a joke, since the french fries and hotdogs are always cold and the bread is as dry as it would be out there for a month.
It is not a 4 star hotel, it is not even a 3 star hotel.. barely 2 I would say.

Excellent experience
Great service, specially by Mr. Wilson de la Cruz and Mrs. Helen Ramirez
Very clean rooms, good food, services
Average reception, reasonable price
Night Shows must be improved
Beach is average
