Description: A small but busy family run cafe right beside Trebarwith Strand. Bright and airy with plenty of outdoor seating we have a menu that goes from simple beans on toast for the small people to halloumi & couscous salad dressed with pomegranate molasses or our sickeningly healthy Allotment sandwich. All the cakes are baked from scratch in our kitchen and are decadently naughty. Good quality tea's, tasty coffee, chunky homemade scones and the best hot chocolate for miles. Dog, vaper and child friendly we should have something tempting for even the most fickle of eaters. Open all year round with special food-based events posted to our facebook page.

Visited the cafe again yesterday, we are fortunate enough to be locals so visit regularly. We've not had a bad visit here yet. Yesterday we had tea & chocy cake & my hubby had coffee & flapjack. Both cakes were lovely. The chocy cake was as light as a feather & the flapjack was crunchy & very tasty. I had a pot of tea for one which held 3 cups & my hubby said his coffee was excellent. The cake was £3.50 a bit more than other local cafes in the area but was well worth it. Freshly made & had a type of chocolate fudge icing in the middle. It was just yummy. Highly recommend this cafe we've had sandwiches, chips, pasties, burgers & cream teas from here & all have been fantastic. :-)

Who wants to go abroad when we have so many places like this on our doorstep!
The Mill was excellent, a typical Cornish Hotel, we walked on the beach until the tide came in, finishing with a gorgeous crab sandwich at The Strand Cafe. The service was good even though they were extremely busy, lots of visitors and dogs, but not a frustrated word from the gentleman dealing with everything. We sat in the sun eating our food and admiring the view of the waves crashing in onto the rocks. Couldn't have been better.

Love this place, the owners are always so welcoming and the hot drinks and cakes are delicious after a walk on the beach! They even allow wet dogs in!
