The rooms are large and comfy. Theres an number of pools to swim in, the food was great, the staff are helpful and genuinely kind. The spa offers a 2 hand massage that rivals Jari Manari and is half the price. Definatly stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 nights and found it very quiet and peaceful.

1 memorable thing that happened was that during breakfast, we realised that there's nothing much our 15 month old could eat and requested for some bananas. The staff very quickly helped us get some for him to eat. That's really service at its best.

When we ordered take-ins from outside restaurants, they were also very kind and helpful to get us some cutlery.

All in all, a good place to stay that is away from the buzz and hustle of the city.

Only drawback was that it is a little far from the main area so it wasn't that convenient.

We had a great second visit to the Ubud Wana. The rooms are well-appointed and large and there are three pools, so there is always room for everyone. Breakfast is lavish and has Indonesian and Western food to suit everyone's tastes. We had to have laundry done while we were there and the beautifully laundered clothes pleased my husband, someone who prides himself on his own laundry skills. The staff were kind and courteous to visitors of all shapes, sizes, ages, and home countries. It's near the monkey forest, so a bit outside of the main part of town which makes it quieter. Public spaces are large and comfortable but also peaceful. You can walk to one of the nearby restaurants, go through the Monkey Forest, or (carefully) share the scooter track around the Monkey Forest perimeter. We hope to be able to go back for another visit!
