The Hotel is situated at a very beautiful location.
Suggestions
1.Tea coffee makers shud be kept in room.
2.Bfast should not limited 2 eggs 1 paratha and stuff like this. It should be buffet and what is der in menu should be available.
3. Blankets should be dry cleaned often.
4. Staff to be increased this will help in serving.

In totality the Hotel is worth for view but services and amenities were not worth.
So better hotels are available for same rates.

If hotel have improvements on above mentioned it will be busiest in naddi.

This hotel is situated at Naddi Village it is at a long distance from Dharamshala. Taxi takes 400 rs to go from Dharamshala to hotel.
Hotel is situated at a beautiful location with amazing mountains covering the view. There are a lot of artifacts and decorations all over the place. The restaurant is very awesome and covered with paintings of Himachal.
Food is bit expensive as tax was present. Room is affordable and clean with all amenities and services.
Front desk is awesome and staff is very kind and friendly. Enjoyed our stay, just reaching towards hotel was difficult.

The staff, amenities, location, rooms, everything was just perfect for a weekend getaway. People are especially very helpful which makes the entire experience all the more wonderful. The food served here was also pretty decent.

Room Tip: Best view in the outside facing rooms

So this hotel isn't exactly in Dharamshala, it's near a place called Naddi. If you don't have a personal vehicle, then it may be hard to reach. Take the room with a view(at an extra cost) and you won't be disappointed. The word 'Splendid' falls short in describing that. The food they serve at their small restaurant is delicious too. However, they really need to change their decor. It seems to be stuck in the 90s. CRT TVs, old looking garden chairs can really play a spoil sport, especially for the amount of money you put in.

-The service really needs to improve, they won't give you a 3rd towel even if you booked the room for 3 people, food will NOT be delivered to the room.

Having said that, I still would strongly suggest this place.

Room Tip: Take the room with front view balcony.
