The spa is very clean and cozy. Never too busy. One of the best spa experiences I have had in Los Angeles ( I also love spa at the hotel bel air but it has a very different feel, bigger and more snobby/busy) there is no sauna- but they have a small steam room. My husband and I enjoy deep tissue massages with Steven and Ryan the most but all therapists are great. The best is to try a few and then stick with your favorite :-) they serve small muffins in the waiting area and amazing ginger tea- great touch. The lockers are rather small- the only complaint. And some locks on the lockers haven't been working for months ( we come to the spa twice a month so I wonder why they never fix these?)
