Everything was perfect from the staff to the continental breakfast offered. This was no continental breakfast, it was more like a full breakfast. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only complaint would be that with that size hotel they should have more than one free car service. A number of times we had to take a cab because someone else was using the car.

Room Tip: I like higher floors. You can look over the pool or Beverly Hills

Road works in and around hotel greeted us check-in took 10 minutes everywhere else on my trip took 2-3 minutes, no Wi-Fi assistance from registration took concierge to sort that out,chargers in room totally inadequate again in comparison with other hotels.Did not sleep for 2 nights because cars coming in and out of hotel were going across ramps why not put down rubber to dampen noise rather that than be told it was down to roadworks which was receptions excuse, finally toilet wouldn't stop flushing, plumber came out within 10 minutes fixed flush but subsequent noise from toilet went on all night. Reception gave us 2 days of complimentary breakfast which was OK but damage had already been done. Perhaps if the Hotel concentrated on day to day running of hotel they would get abetted review. It seemed all there efforts were concentrated on dinners and awards which where on during our stay.Jennifer at the concierge desk was most helpful and Will our waiter for dinner deserve mention otherwise our experience was pretty underwhelming

Room Tip: Just hope that road works are finished

Stayed here for 4 nights. Had a studio suite I believe that looked brand new. Separate walk in shower, separate toilet separated by a door. Nice lighting. Huge window. Separate sofa and desk with chair. Great location. Able to walk to rodeo drive. If you like seeing nice cars this area is perfect! I did have to ask the front desk to send up a coffee maker since for some reason the rooms don’t have one. My only gripe is the refrigerator is stocked with the mini bar drinks and the counter has minibar snacks. Do people really use this stuff? I’d prefer to have any empty refrigerator I can stock with my own stuff. Fortunately we had a cooler bag I put my own drinks in and topped with ice. There is a rite aid you can easily walk to for supplies, including alcohol. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough about this hotel. I was there for six days and everyday felt as if it was right out a movie. The staff at the hotel were incredible, the food was fantastic and the other guests I met were fascinating people. I would recommend this hotel to anyway headed to the Los Angeles area. In addition, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the greater Los Angeles area and the location of the hotel was perfect.

To say that the check in at this hotel was horrid would be a massive understatement.
The staff are scowling, rude, condescending and front office management are just as bad. The idea of treating a guest as valued customer and treated with respect is a foreign concept. They wouldn't even honour their original price and had the termitity to say that they were sold out so they could rent your room anyway whether I stayed or not. No effort to make amends other than condesending boilerplate manager speak.

The room was not what was requested with a bed so small I fell off a couple of times as I rolled over during the evening. To say this was a room worthy of a Motel 6 or a budget motel would be appropriate whilst charging a premium price.

Having stayed at Hilton properties all over the world, this was by far the worst experience i have ever had at any hotel anywhere.

The shower head was coming out of the wall, the water pressure was a mist (being generous) and the bathtub/shower thing was a weird square configuration that made it hard to get the water to hit you to wash properly.

To end on a positive note, the wait staff, valets and bartenders are great. The front end people are the worst that have a total lack of customer empathy or warmth.

Room Tip: avoid their regular rooms like the plague..... overpriced and small
