I would expect much better from a partner hotel from Universal. The room we stayed in was run down and needed renovation. It was a poor choice especially for the price. It was over priced for the type of offering. This is a $60 per night hotel and not worth more. I don't recommend staying at this location. Staff were friendly and the vintage neon sign is cool but thats about it!

Room Tip: Mt tip is pick a different place to stay

This 1950 style motel was a great place to stay. The employees were happy to tell us the history of the motel and lots of stories about the shows that were filmed here. They have a restaurant next door with reasonable prices and good food. We would stay here again.

I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights during a business trip. When I was initially booked to this hotel, I looked it up and felt that it was a motel and a 3 star certainly bothered me, but upon arrival I found it to be much better than I initially anticipated. The staff are very polite and very accommodating, adding the location is great as it's close to the heart of Burbank with lots of eateries at least within a 2 mile radius.

There is a 7 eleven within walking distance, a CVS pharmacy close by and the hotel has a pool. There's also some history as this hotel has been here for several years and lots of movies have been filmed on the premises.

On the downside, the rooms were little threadbare and could do with some decor as they are very basic but it is an old hotel. There is a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge in the room and some amenities in the bathroom , cutlery, coffee maker. Beds are very comfortable also.

For the price and the location, it's certainly worth the stay. Last year, I stayed at the Hilton hotel in Burbank which isnt any better and although this one has a motel feel, I much preferred it to the Hilton.

We were staying in Burbank to do the WB tour the next day. Great location to everything. The first room we were given was right next to housekeeping and had windows both front and back (way too noisy). We asked to be move and were accommodated. Second room was better.

Cool place! Very well kept and lot's of Mid-Century style. The parking lot is tight, so don't try to bring in huge vehicles. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite, and it had lots of room for 3 adults. Beds were comfortable and the place was quiet for sleeping.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Deluxe Suite. Lots of room for 3 adults.
