I stayed here recently while on business in Burbank .Should be trip advisors top hotel to recommend . I have to say this was an awesome hotel. the owner checked me in , so nice, and he has been in the business 45 years. the room was so comfortable and nice, the king size bed was just amazing, so comfortable, i wanted to take it home. the room was very quiet and they offered direct TV on their 46 " flat screen. the whole room was so clean and perfect. better than any Marriott hotel. it was that good. free wifi that actually works,
right off the 5 hwy and Alameda, close to everything. I can't wait to return , Free parking and safe hotel , really the best kept secret for the price in Burbank

I thought this hotel was very nice. I stayed on september 13th. I was surprised by the fact that the hotel was very clean. Also all of the nice bath and body products in the bathroom. Very nice hotel to stay at. I'll recommend it to everyone. Las vegas gang

I booked this room for a last minute trip and found the rates to be lower that the chain hotels. I was cautious because I hadn't heard of this place. I am glad I chose it. The rooms were clean and it appeared as though it was recently refurbished. When I asked the lady at the desk if this was recently refurbished, she said it wasn't. She said people ask the same question frequently. The location was minutes away from Hollywood which is where I was going for an event. I found this to be a no frills hotel that was clean and in some ways better than some of the chain hotels. There was a refrigerator, flat screen TV with several HBO and Cinemax channels as well as local and National channels. There was a sitting area with a couch and a desk. Free parking and Free wifi. I would definitely stay here again. Oh did I mention the excellent coffee/mocha/latte/tea/espresso machine in the lobby. I normally go get a cup of coffee from one of the coffee houses, but not when I can get a great fresh brewed cup like the one I got here.

Not surprised because I chose upon Trip Advisor's opinions and they met all expectations. Not a luxury or spa ... Executive, handy located, large rooms, sound resistent doors and windows. Great place to sleep a few nights. Old style Motel recently refurbished.

Room Tip: I stayed on the top floor to avoid people walking on my head but I believe any room is quiet because they care of that,

BEWARE!!! The owners of this motel are very rude & have no customer service at all!! I made a reservation on line to stay June 11, 2014 for 1 night. They messed up and thought my reservation was for June 10th & wanted to charge me for not cancelling. I showed them my email & they were finally going to let us stay there and not charge us for 2 nights. I did speak w/the dad/owner/rude person who yelled at me while I was trying to explain to him that I understand mistakes & let’s make this work because I will frequent his hotel because my son just moved to Glendale June 1st. His response…….. Go to another hotel. His wife & daughter work the front counter & they have no personalities at all & won’t even smile. I kept telling them that I don’t have a problem, mistakes happen. I just want what I paid for. At one point when the daughter was on the phone w/the dad, she hung up and said he’s so rude. That evening around 9:30 we were coming back from having dinner with our son & we saw the owner was behind the desk. We stopped by to say hi to him & let him know we are good (even though my husband thought he should apologize to me). He immediately was very defensive & was going on about how people lie to him & he didn't care if we ever stayed at his establishment again. He also kept saying that booking agents like Orbitz & Expedia screw him over & he doesn't like them either. We told him we didn't care about other people or the booking agents, we just wanted to work out our situation. If he was any kind of businessman, he would have apologized. We live 3 hours away and our son just moved to Glendale. We will be visiting often but not staying in this hostile environment!!
