We have never eatten at a Pizza Factory and now wish we had one closer to us. Hand tossed pizza and mozzarella sticks were AMAZING. We hate crowds, so when we rolled in on a Saturday night and we were the only ones in the restaurant we were a little confused. It was the Saturday b4 July 4th and apparently the entire town headed to Tahoe according to the locals. They have multiple video games, tables at bar height, and standard table seating. We are pizza lovers, so it was great to try something different. Service was a little slow, but when its worth the wait, then it is ALL worth it !! Beers on tap and a decent wine selection. Serve yourself soda, and it was a little pricey but again, worth it if you love Pizza.

Service is generally slow. The Pizza's are hand tossed as they are ordered, so if it is busy, the tossing can get behind. Really like the all meat Rubicon pizza. fair selection of draft beers. Cold drink machine for the kids also a full arcade where they can collect tickets to buy things. They do have a small (hold maybe 20) back room with a door that is private - can be reserved in advance. Also nice looking patio dining area.

A good idea, poorly executed. We have been there three times and each time about half of the games were broken. It is a huge restaurant, but they have all of the games shoved into one tiny little corner so when there are 10 kids there, it is a constant waiting line. Expect a HUGE wait in redeeming tix. The pizza is marginal at best.

Pizza is great! Service a little slow. The clientele was a little bad to have a family around. Will use take out or pick up from now on.

I love having the Pizza Factory here for Birthdays, and the owner/manager is very nice. They also have an awesome arcade, but their salad bar is below average and their pizza always seem's to be burnt. Every time I have bought pizza there it seems over cooked/burnt. I'm not to crazy about the crust either.
