Prativo is the restaurant, Milk Kobo is the bakery.

Came for the 1500 yen lunch which serves unlimited vegetables and yogurt drink.
The spread is good and the best part is the bottomless yogurt drink which sells for a few hundred yen per bottle at Milk Kobo.

If only they had the cheese tarts that they sell at Milk Kobo at the buffet..

Worth a visit.

This place is a hidden secret in the omni present Aussi environment. Totally Japanese, with Hokkaido style dishes in a decent interior environment with large windows from the bottom towards Mt. Yotei!
Our Japanese ski guide introduced you to this lovely place for lunch on a sunny day - and it was such a joy and difference from most of the faster convenient on/close to piste locations. (Albeit you can't get there on skies but need a short drive or walk).

Hokkaido has a strange fanaticism to dairy that I found quite amusing. Up until I actually tried their milk, butter and cheese. I'm now a believer. I tried my best to personally pay homage to the cows that produce this quality of dairy (which hands down is the world's best, no exaggeration) but they don't let you actually touch the cows. So I ate in the resto instead, thankfully that did not disappoint. Food was terrific and worth the drive there. Even at near blizzard conditions. Just go, you owe it to the cows.

Great food.

We went reluctantly at night thinking it would be vegetarian, and were pleasantly surprised to find the menu had many meat options(!)

We had a set menu which was divine, but a crazy amount of food.
Recommend choosing a few dishes that sound amazing and dining more than once!

Great wines.

This is a buffet style restaurant. You order your main meal, choice of 4 dishes, then sides, desserts and non- alcoholic drinks are all provided at the buffet table. I had the pork, melt in your mouth. The drinking yogurt at the drink station, which comes from the milk kobo, is divine. Service is excellent. The restaurant is clean and a modern slick design. A good change for lunch, they are open for dinner but think it is a la carte, but not 100% sure. Would come again.
