Miracle Manor

We were here in March 2016. There are only about 7 rooms. All the rooms are just steps from the Mineral pool. We liked our room it was painted yellow and it was nice and refreshing very clean. I think each room is different ours was oversized but did not have the kitchen in it. There is a healthy breakfast in the morning mostly Trader Joe cereal and breads coffee, tea, fruit nothing special but nice and relaxing. We enjoyed everything. One BIG complaint I have is we watched the pool guy put some chemicals in the pool. We asked him what it was for and they were chemicals to remove suntan lotion and the like. Disappointed I am sure it ruins the effects of the mineral water. They also need to vacuum everyday. I know they have special flow through type of filters but there was alot lot of hair and dirt settled on the bottom.

My husband and I visited this resort to 1) try out their hot springs and 2) get a massage. Both were very satisfactory. I loved the decor; there were some Korean influences as well as retro 70's furniture. I loved that the pools did not smell of chlorine. The water was hot and silky.

The massage with Rhonda was terrific. You could tell she had been doing this for a while. Her calm demeanor was very relaxing, and I enjoyed the stones, energy work, and cupping.

I wish they would take pooches because our little guy doesn't bark and is very well behaved. But alas, no dogs and kids allowed. Maybe we can get a dog sitter and visit next year. The brief visit here was a nice way to end 2016.

I recently stayed in the Cube for a week. Great value: really private room, conveniently located near parking lot, wonderful breakfast (fresh ripe fruit, killer bread, jams & nut butter, cereals, boiled egg, tea & coffee, almond milk), and the best hot water soaking pool and a larger cooler pool for swimming. Oh yeah, and the manager Pat is really helpful and friendly. The 4th or 5th time I've stayed here and I'm going to go back again!

Have stayed at several place in Desert Hot SPrings and this one was less than one could hope for -- except for the manager Pat who was attentive, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast that she put together was very nice. Water access was difficult for me. No heater in bathroom. Kitchen was well outfitted. Gravel driveway made it hard to pull bags in and the handrails for steps were not very strong and secure. I'd pass on this.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Miracle Manor numerous times over the past 15 years and it never fails to be winner. Peaceful, relaxing and tranquil no matter if it's 65 or 115 degrees.as minimal as can be but luxurious at the same time, the attention to detail is impressive.
