Rooms need to be refreshed, last stayed there 13 years ago and the towels look like they have never been replaced - clean but almost worn through and grey.
Most worryingly, a fire alarm at 5.45a.m. was ignored by the lobby staff - guests had to go to the desk to ask what was happening and they seemed unaware and have no clue what to do.
