The stay was amazing, the staff was so friendly, so helpful, they offer a lot of activities, around the hotel and even in the hotel they have many restaurants, 7 eleven, everything. The weather is amazing no humidity, special thanks to Mr Mark who was after us all over our stay making sure that everything is going good for us, such a nice guy with a kind heart. I really advice to come here if you want to disconnect from the traffic and buildings sush a relief calm place.

Disaster ! Very poor : make money from transport by taxi RM$200 , unfortunately don’t offer any alternative service !

And staff are so unsure of the schedule and can be mis informed you . It can be 11, 11:15 and next you have to wait for another 1 hour !!

All seem say yes but the actual time they should come was a NO !! And you need to seek security as they told you .

Hotel Colmar Tropicale • Bejaya Malaysia website show with shuttle services but it is untrue ! and the hotel only like to offer taxi call service : they are pocket (day light robber ) at least 20-25% from every victim whom stay there and given no option to pay RM$200 per trip . From Colmar Tropicale @ Bejaya ! Malaysia to KL or Genting : 40km !

and staffs seem all speak the same language ! can give a lot of their excuses to make you feel empathy to their problem !!

Seem block by hotels and have the taxi driver and make you no option. But to be deceive and have to pay Ram$200 ! Hotel pocket some as part of their profit from any victim !!

Most hotel have stand by taxi and driver for guests !! But not this !!! 😱😱😱

Look like transportation taxi is part of their profit making method to guests whom has no rented car or ca up there !

GRAB only work only when you are in Kuala Lumpur ! Can help you leave from KL to this scary Colmar Tropicale Bejaya ‘s hotel!

To Go there easy but to escape and get away : impossible ! Unless pay RM$200 for 1 way of taxi !!
