Booked the executive room through their website without much trouble. Requested for the least obstructed view that they can give.
Check in was at 4pm and we arrived around 4.30pm. Everything was smooth as there were barely any ques when we arrived (thursday afternoon). Had to fork out RM300 in cash for the security deposit, thank goodness i got some cash with me at the time (got to pay more attention to the T&C next time). The staff attending to us spoke english with a thick non local accent. Had to lean in to the fella to understand what he was trying to say.
Was glad that we got upgraded to a premium room facing the fountain on petal 5. We appreciated the privacy.
A short buggie ride later we arrived at room 369. The room was spacious and clean. The view was just awesome. Enjoyed the fountain lights, however the night we stayed was a night of heavy and thunderous rain so i guess the fountain light performance was cut short. Not a big deal though.
Sleep quality was good. Went for the breakfast buffet around 8 and the spread was good. There were some items that were too salty for my taste e.g fried mee, beef slice, that shrimp gravy thingy, way too much salt. Others were okay.
Went back to room and further enjoyed the pool.
At 12 we called for the buggie as we were checking out however the first few calls we got nobody answering the phone. Even after we managed to speak to someone to send over a buggie, we had to make another call because even after 20 minutes our ride was nowhere to be seen. So theres that. Was irritated but not really that big of a problem though.
Check out was smooth. Collected my security deposit refund.
Also got a surprise car wash from the staff there which we really appreciated. Was suppose to mention the name of the staff who did the washing but i kind of lost the flyer containing his name. So whoever you are, thank you bro for washing our car.
All in all, it was a splendid experience.
