Room and services is very good but morning breakfast the price not valuable with the food that served. The price RM40++ with the food served so expensive . The price is 5 star hotel but food like 2 star hotel. My family very disappointed and not happy with the food. Hope your management will upgrade the menu and food as like 5 star hotel.

- Rooms were not well maintained and not up to par with the price we paid.
- The buggy wait is too long from check in at the light house up to the day of check out.
- Maintenance staff who came to rectify the problem in our room were so rude.
- The Hi-Tea & Brunch at the light house was very good keep up the good job.

This is the second time I been here. This place is nice as usual. Great pool and big room. Only there is a limited thing that previously I really enjoy here which is fishing. Last time I can fish thru my balcony room but now fishing is not allowed. It is sad because that is normal activity us as a family. Hope the management will look into it back.
Staffs are very friendly. Buggy service as always need to book before 30 minutes so just be patient they will pick you up, or else you can walk as the scene from your room to the lobby is really nice.
The check-in time should be reorganized because 4 pm is not really practical for a holiday mood.
Don't expect too much. Overall, this is a nice hotel compare to others in MALAYSIA.

3rd time at this beautiful resort, kids enjoy the in-villa private pool. Especially impressed with service by JIWAN at Roselle coffee house.
JIWAN is very friendly, warm, attentive and always carry a smile. He predicts your needs and attend to them even before we request. He's a great asset to the resort, super 5 stars thumbs up!
