My parents and I had a wonderful stay at the Panorama Pool Villa recently. Our room overlooked a breathtaking view of the sea and we had a private pool and a steam room to ourselves. Room was pretty clean but we think that the floor can be cleaner as we find the floor sticky. Overall, all staffs were friendly, but we would like to extend our greatest appreciation to the staffs at the Wave Dining in the Lighthouse Club, namely Mr Azwan, Mr Suresh, Mr Kumar and Mr Suman. They were so friendly and warm towards us which makes us feel so comfortable and we enjoyed our time more at the place. Food and parking were convenient. We will certainly come back again for the view, room and the splendid services.

    Lexis resorts with few branches.. Was given Grand Lexis, Disappointed.
    Room condition, smelly, dark and cleaningness not to expectation.
    We were to check out immediately and changed to lexis hibiscus.
    Lexis hibiscus, Seaview.. Excellent.
    Good design, clean room, comfortable bed, pool and sauna.
    But during public holiday, the rate is peak.
    Breakfast, average quality not worth for money.
    Not much activities... All closed except cycling.
    Well done.. Will come back again
    Please up keep the cleaningness of room and not to disappoint guests..

    Great place with private pool for family

    Great place for family with kisds to relax and enjoy the private pool in room. But the buggy waiting time can be very long at peak hour. Food and parking is convenient. May drive out for more food opt.

    Relaxing getaway for family or couples

    My recent stay at Sky Pool Villa was great with nice private pool & sauna. There is a bathtub and two shower heads as well. The room is huge with two king sized beds. This is a good choice if you do not want to walk so far to the main lobby / beach / activities / parking lot. As the pool is covered, so the water is colder. Nice birds eye view of the sea and the water villas that looks like a hibiscus.

    I have stayed at the water villas previously and it is very nice experience too. A small part of the toilet floor has a small glass on the floor and you can see the fishes swimming in the sea below you. The private pool is warmer because the sun has heated it. However you will need to take the buggy / walk really far to the main lobby / beach etc.

    I also liked how they are still practicing safety precautions although borders are already opened. They have time slots for buffet breakfast that you need to book during weekends (because of the crowd). So I already felt at ease amidst the pandemic.

    There was also a stunning fire performance by their sports & recreational department on Saturday night. Remember to ask the receptionist on the performance schedule.

    Room tip: Weekends are usually crowded. However, the fire performance is only on Saturday nights.

    Lexi's Hibiscus - Restaurant Manager (Hazreen Farhan)

    It was a great place, and I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast at Roselle Coffe House.
    I was pleasantly amazed by the hospitality shown by Restaurant Manager Nazreen Farhan.
    He took the time to say Hi to me and was very helpful.
    The time when I visited, there were flies everywhere, and he explained to us that the fruit season had caused flies to migrate to the property.
    He was candid about it.
    I appreciate his honesty, his hospitality and also the way he handled his service staff.
    I will definitely go there again

    Room tip: Please book in advance through their website and try the inhouse restaurants.

    A Memorable stay

    It's a family trip for us. We booked Lexis Hisbiscus to celebrate my little daughter's birthday. we stayed for 3D2N. The registration was super fast and we were given complimented drinks and snacks. prior to the check-in date, we kept receiving reminder emails on our trip, which kept me and my kids excited. we took a premium sea view pool room for RM 2474. the sea view from our room is breathtaking. no words to describe it. surely it is a must-trip for nature lovers. Our room is located at hibiscus's 4th Patel.

    They have a private beach too. the beach is average yet kids enjoyed it to the maximum. we also ride in an inflatable boat which is pulled by a speed boat. they charged us RM140 for a round which is for less than 8 minutes and since the kids really enjoyed it we make another round before we leave the beach.

    Day 1 and 2 we use the pool to the maximum. it is an unforgettable moment for both my daughters.

    On the 1st night, we had a buffet dinner at the Hotel itself. RM90 per adult was charged and for kids, it was RM50 something if I'm not mistaken. Glad that they accepted us even though we were walk-in guests for them. I really enjoyed the staff service more than the food. breakfast was good too, they offered Malaysian cuisines more. I feel they need to cook the roti canai a bit longer as in the piece that I took, the dough is not cooked well. I wonder how they got so many flies inside the cafe. cant they fix something like how some MAMAK shop fixed to trap the flies? I hope they will look into the issue seriously as it is very annoying to keep chasing away the flies while eating.

    I still wondering why the bathroom and toilet have no door knobs. HA HA HA

    The buggy service is excellent. in less than 10 mins after our call, they will come to pick us up to the main lobby. They offer 24 hours buggy service.

    Overall we enjoyed our trip to Lexis Hisbiscus as it is very relaxing and calm. Definitely, it will be a great birthday for my 8-year-old daughter.

    Room tip: Room 306 is private and calmer as it is not facing any other chalet opposite.
