Roselle Coffee House - mediocre service with the reception. Need to bring a small trolley haversack with all the kids water bottle, wet wipes and for medicine. But front counter insist we cannot bring. Cannot even allow a small 14 inch trolley haversack bag. End up we got to carry all the items into restaurant one by one. Very disappointing.

Excellent resort, great services from ms Nadia, Mr Ajym. Kind and helpful. Room are clean, recommend to go wave dining and captain lounge. Private pool for all the rooms, very kids friendly and for family oriented place. About 300km from singapore

Best buggies driver ever (shah), friendly and cheerful. Best hospitality from the staff and great room. Love the scenery also and lots of fun activity. The buffet also very good. Would recommend this place yo others. Love to come here again in the future.

One staff name Charti are very helpful and informative. Place was amazing with nice view and have good breakfast, eventhough it is ala carte but they still offered to add on of its not enough. The room i got was panorama sea view and it is great. Definitely will do come again.
