Beautifully furnished and restored with antiques and reproductions; modern baths and coffee in room; delicious and unique breakfasts; computer access; helpful hosts in making/recommending dinner places and reservations; great pool with wine and cheese every afternoon. Would definitely go back.

I just love the Camellia Inn. The building itself is just gorgeous and the rooms are decorated beautifully. but the best part is the atmosphere they have created there. You feel at home. You feel like your comfort is their top priority! They are right there with recommendations for dinners out and touring, but my favorite memories are sitting around the beautiful dining room table having a late breakfast - the food is delicious, the table is set beautifully and the whole setting is very restful and leisurely.

The final thing I love (which I didn't get to enjoy in my last, January, visit, is the pool! After a hot day of wine tasting, it is great to have a place to go to cool off and relax...enjoying happy hour around the pool is a great summertime treat.

This place is located close to the downtown, quite neighborhood, very clean and well kept. Owners were very accommodating and friendly. The King suite that we stayed in was very nice, worth the money. Served wine in the evening and breakfast was very nice.

The Camellia Inn is only a few blocks away from charming downtown Healdsburg, with its many fabulous restos and wine tasting rooms. The room rates are very reasonable for the area, and the inn is charming in an old-fashioned B&B kind of way. It is not especially elegant or upscale, but it is warm and homey, and the owners/innkeepers are great. We stayed in a fancier B&B in Healdsburg for twice the price, but we enjoyed the Camellia more. The breakfast is simple (but good) and the hosts are warm and friendly (not wine-country snooty or phony as we have found in other places). For my money, Healdsburg is the best deal going in wine country - even Sonoma's famous square only has 1 or 2 tasting rooms. We loved the freedom of not worrying about tasting and driving. The Camellia Inn is also walking distance to our favorite dinner spot (Ravenous - highly recommend sitting at the bar and ordering the burger). Thanks Camellia!

Interesting, civilized, lots of character, walking distance from incredible restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and the rest of downtown.
