Since they moved across the parking lot from their old location, everything about this location has slid down the sewer pipes, except for the size.
The staff focuses their attention on the drive through, which is always snaking through the parking lot, creating congestion for the neighboring businesses. Getting out of a parking space is next to impossible, as the line snakes through the lot, blocking people in. The waits for walk-in traffic can exceed 30 minutes!
The new manager is rude and uncaring. He has the personality and customer service of a prison guard. An elderly customer asked if he could turn down the A/C and he replied, "it's controlled by corporate." This seems to be his canned answer, blame everything on "corporate." What ever happened to customer service and taking responsibility and ownership of issues?
The quality of the drinks has slid as well. Twice now, I have received the wrong drink, though the sticker on the cup was correct. Did I receive a free drink coupon for the mistakes? NO. And I had to wait another 10 minutes for the do-over.
I don't buy their excuse, that they have kinks to work out.... Starbucks has been brewing coffee in this city for years.
