Owner description: San Diego's most desirable spot for swimming, diving and snorkeling. The water is calm and the cove is ecologically protected. There is also a world famous dive site that is located in the La Jolla ecological preserve.

If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend visiting. The views are stunning and there’s a great range of wildlife - pelicans, cormorants, seals, sea lions and hummingbirds, to name a few.

Very nice spot full of seals and sea lions, pelicans and other sea birds. It is also very crowded with people, not a peaceful and quiet spot to enjoy nature.

Best part of the town of La Jolla. UC San Diego is also attractive spot but if you want to be at the water than this is the sport.

It's a bit difficult to park here, but it's worth it. We spent an hour just sitting and watching the sea lions. Tons of fun!

You can’t visit San Diego without checking out La Jolla Cove. The walk is beautiful and breezy and the sea life is so charming, we wanted to reach out and hug the seals and sea lions! Make sure to wear COMFORTABLE shoes and layers!
