The main dining hall is in a courtyard with a high glass ceiling. There is a fountain and a couple of small trees. Noise level was low, although only about half the tables were filled. Service was impeccable: waiter, sommelier, and staff to fill water glasses and clear the table.

We had the 5 course tasting menu ($85) with wine pairing ($45). The wines were excellent, all French, as that is the theme of the restaurant. The sommelier explained each wine that he poured

The dishes were small, almost tapas, so in the end one felt satisfied, not stuffed. The ocean trout and duck breast were outstanding. The waiter described each dish as it was served.

Overall an outstanding experience.

A very good restaurant where the food is healthy , very good products ? The vegetables are the best in LA , for vegans a fantastic table , and for the others a taste of France with american local products . The wine list is short but very food choice with sweet prices .

Lovely heirloom tomato salad (with tomato chips), great fish stew with intense bisque base, and rhubarb panna cotta.

This lovely restaurant was such a surprise, and we had a wonderful dinner! The service was excellent. We had their Dine LA menu, which had many choices. The wine list was short, but good quality, and we found some gems. It was one of the more relaxing dinners I've had sitting near the center fountain. The only comment that I would make is that the tables were a little small. Parking was a little scarce, and I definitely would recommend reservations, because the restaurant is not terribly big.

Had a birthday dinner for my wife at Spring. Parking is a bit problematic given street construction nearby.

Setting is very pretty inside a courtyard with a glass ceiling. Very quiet even though the kitchen is available for viewing and open to dining room.

Food was wonderful. The chef has a very light touch with the beautifully crafted food. Understand the emphasis is on Provencal cooking with less of the butter and cream that you find at the sister restaurant, Church and State. Much more of an emphasis on fresh produce at this restaurant.

Duck breast, lamb and seabass were out of this world.

Definitely coming back.
