This place serves really creative and delicious ice cream! Highly recommend the butter squash with goat cheese flavor from the seton we menu, and almond brittle and salted ganache from the classic menu! The butter squash one is a savory ice cream but still leave a sweet taste in mouth. The almond brittle one is very sweet, perfect for ganache lover! Do note that you can have unlimited samples before making your decision. The stuff are extremely friendly and helpful! Ice cream are not cheap though; they are definitely on the pricier side - $7 for two scopes, $1 for waffle cone, $1 for toppings (like hot fudge, whip cream etc). Cost about $15 for a couple who would like to have three to four scopes. Good quality and creative work! Come and try it!

Loved the free samples, to help us narrow our ice cream selections down. Staff willing to give you as many small spoonfuls as you wanted, to help you select the right choice. And, they have many, many crazy flavors - Carmel corn on the Cobb, for instance.

This gourmet ice cream shop started in Portland and now offers its creative flavors to Los Angeles. The line was long on Saturday night but the friendly staff kept things moving. No need to wait in line for the pre-packed pints. My group tried their signature salt with caramel ribbons, very good, plus a limited edition caramel corn and a superb olive brittle and goat cheese combo.

Line was short. Metered parking in rear. Got a split scoop (beware of the extra .50 charge). They offer tasters - you'll want to taste first because of the unusual ingredients. Lavender Flower - tasted exactly as named. Eggplant Custard also delicious. Visited this location and the one in Portland. A fan of the interesting ice cream they offer - wish it wasn't so expensive.

Amazing ice cream. The flavors are extremely well combined, and you can taste the high quality of all ingredients. We rushed to make it to this place before they closed on a Friday night. Thankfully they stay open as long as there is a line, and we arrived just as the line was ending. So glad we did! I had the salted caramel and the almond brittle, half a scoop each. My husband had some ooey gooey brownie flavor and I forget what else. Everything was delicious!
