My colleague and I were at the Biltmore and he had found this place. He actually ate breakfast there all 3 days we were there; me twice. This is a French shop, and the cashier had been in the US from France only 2 months. Other wait staff are similarly French and you can watch the pastry chef prepare tarts, eclairs, etc. The first morning I had 2 croissants and the second a croissant and beignet. And took a breakfast sack from Friday morning since my flight was at 6:47a. The daily-prepared sandwiches are exceptional and reasonably-priced. We took those with us to the conference we were attending at the LA Convention Center. Fresh orange and grapefruit juice.
